In this part of the Prayer and Scripture section you will find resources and practices that enable you to discover the kingdom of God all around you. God’s Kingdom has been established through Jesus and within you (Luke 17:21). You have been invited to pray Kingdom minded prayers and become active witnesses of God’s rule and reign in our world.



Practices

Daily

Practicing “The Lord’s Prayer” (Matthew 6:9-13) expanding in your own words on each line of the prayer.

Weekly

Focus on praying Kingdom minded prayers for people to know God, discernment of God’s will, for God to renew all things, for God’s kingdom to be made known through you. Don’t be afraid to pray big and bold prayers.

Monthly

Once a month walk through your neighborhood, your workplace, by your child’s school, your church, or another place where you spend your time and pray for these spaces and for God to encounter people in them.


