Colorado
Groups Pastor (Full-Time)
This is a pastoral position at Red Rocks Church devoted to providing leadership, training, development and oversight to volunteer small group leaders and the groups ministry as a whole, at your specific campus. Groups is a ministry of Red Rocks Church that helps our church Know God, Live on Purpose, and Go Change the World. Our Home Groups, Freestyle Groups, Support Groups, and Online Groups provide opportunities for our church to grow in community and connection, while at the same time growing deeper in their faith. The role of a Groups Pastor is to shepherd and disciple group leaders, create and sustain systems of discipleship and connection, and provide healthy and flourishing Group options for our church to be involved in.
Red Rocks Outreach exists to make Jesus known by creating compelling opportunities to love others through service. We accomplish this by mobilizing the local church body to partner with existing organizations and/or create opportunities to resource and serve those in need in our local city context. This requires us to intentionally seek out, develop, and maintain relationships with designated non-profits that we feel put us in the path of those that need the most help.
This is a full-time position, based at our Lakewood location in Colorado. No opportunity for remote work.
Social Media Content Creator (Full-Time)
We are seeking an experienced social media content creator to join the Central Communications Team at Red Rocks Church. This position will work alongside a team of creatives to push creativity and innovation as a reflection of the Creator and utilize every opportunity to help Make Heaven More Crowded. With minimal supervision, this position will work collaboratively with other content creation team members, Communications Director, and ministries to provide content capture, produce graphics, videos, and photos for social media while supporting the integrity of the Red Rocks Church brand.
This is a full-time position, based at our Littleton, Colorado offices with frequent travel between local campuses. No opportunity for remote work.
Texas
Production Ministry Lead
We are seeking an experienced Production Director to join the team at Red Rocks Austin. This position will work within the Red Rocks Austin staff as well as alongside a team of central production in Denver to create excellent weekend experiences and events as a reflection of the Creator and utilize every opportunity to help Make Heaven More Crowded. The Production Ministry Lead at Red Rocks Austin will oversee the preparation and execution of all production needs (present and future) for all areas of ministry: Weekend Services, Youth, Classes, Red Rocks Kids, Ministry Trainings, Special Needs, and Serve Teams.
This is a full-time position, based at our Austin, TX office. This is not a remote position.
