BeyondHome offers a comprehensive approach for families to become self-sufficient for life. At BeyondHome, families work hard to achieve personalized goals for their education, housing, finances, and family.

Denver Dream Center’s vision is to bring hope to the hopeless. They are a community of resilient people whose lives have been redeemed by God’s love; who share that love with others to transform and restore broken lives to wholeness.

The purpose of DSS is bringing hope, a second chance, and the love of Christ to Denver’s at-risk youth through quality education in a safe environment and a supportive network of loving, caring adults.

They believe that every student—regardless of their past choices or present environment—deserves the opportunity for a high-quality education and the hope of a promising future. 

Dream Makers is on a mission to change the lives of youth who age out of foster care by connecting the community to the needs of the youth. Dream Maker’s Project posts dreams of the young adults they serve on their website for people to fulfill. These can include transportation, household items, birthday gifts, furniture, tires, etc. 

GraceFull Cafe is a volunteer run cafe that strives to create a healthier, stronger, and more connected community by providing a home in the Littleton community where people of all backgrounds can gather, eat well, and be inspired to give back.

Hope House Colorado empowers parenting teenage moms to strive for personal and economic self-sufficiency and to understand their significance in God’s sight, resulting in a healthy future for them and for their children.

HopeKids provides ongoing events, activities, and a support community for families who have a child with cancer or other life-­threatening medical conditions.

Kitchen One for One is a non-profit food truck that raises money through donations to feed the homeless and impoverished members of the Denver community.

Open Door Ministries exists to provide practical help and hope to people in urban Denver who are homeless or low income. Their primary objective is to move people toward self-sufficiency by helping change the circumstances and life patterns that have held them captive to poverty and addictions.

Rise Exists to Support Foster and Adoptive Families with the Goal of Seeing Every Child Rise to their Full Potential.

They support families who have said yes to kids through foster care and adoption. They provide practical and relational support through things like meals, laundry, and encouragement, with the goal of keeping foster parents in the game longer.

Serve 6.8’s vision is to build up the local Church to meet the needs of a community while reconciling broken relationships with God, self, other, and creation. They will mobilize, resource, and connect the local Church with both volunteer and biblical care principles to fulfill the work they have been called to do in the name of Jesus Christ. 

Shiloh House offers nurturing, therapeutic, and educational services to empower youth and families to overcome the impact of abuse, neglect, and trauma.

Stepping Stone Support Center works as a ‘stepping stone’ to provide more independence for adults with developmental disabilities.

Walk With Me is devoted to giving practical, financial, and emotional support to families who are learning to live in the wake of their child’s death prior to or shortly after birth.
